At the 17th China Health Technology Assessment Forum in Zhangzhou, Fujian, organized by the NHC Key Laboratory of Health Technology Assessment at Fudan University, Prof Shirley Xue Li delivered a keynote address on Hong Kong’s evolving HTA landscape. She introduced SCAN-2030’s digital toolkits—including the Innovative Medicine Database and the HEOR101 lecture series—developed to support evidence-informed policy in the HKSAR. She also shared interim findings from a time-inhomogeneous cohort Markov model on depression, highlighting its relevance for forecasting mental health care needs.
