DECODE is a cross-sector decision co-creation exercise organised by HKUMed and EuroScan International Network under SCAN-2030. The workshop aims to bring together policymakers, payers, healthcare professionals, industry, researchers, and patient representatives to explore value frameworks and decision criteria for healthcare decision-making in Hong Kong.
